We've known Sas Stewart from Stonecutter Spirits for a while now, and have been looking forward to co-hosting an event with her ever since. Sas is brimming with excitement, full of great ideas, and always ready to offer up an amazing cocktail, featuring her "Double Gold" award-winning gin, distilled in Middlebury, Vermont. 

We're teaming up with Stonecutter to host a Designed by Tradition Maker Panel in Burlington, Vermont next week, packed with incredible makers, designers, and alpinists. Join us on May 11, from 6-8 PM at Scout & Co. for a chat on design, tradition, and life in the mountains.

Imhotep Vermont

Imhotep is a Design/Build firm located in Middlebury, Vermont. They're master woodworkers, furniture designers, architects, and all around nice guys. We love their work on Stonecutter's tasting room!

Birdwalk Press

Husband and wife team Ian and Mina Johnson started Birdwalk Press to rebel against the noise of the digital age. They create tactile, beautiful paper goods (using 60+ year old German-made letterpresses) to encourage correspondence and personal connection. 

Stonecutter Spirits

Sas Stewart and Sivan Cotel started Stonecutter Spirits in 2013, and have been aging their single barrel gin and whiskey ever since. Their Single Barrel Gin won Double Gold at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirit's Competition, and makes a mean Negroni. Their whiskey is currently finishing up it's long sleep, and releases this summer!
